How do I register?
The Internet auction is completely run by a computer, and to be able to place a bid you have to be registered with a client No. and password. Registration can be done via the link "New user", located to the right in the top menu. Click on the link and follow the instructions. Clients without internet can be registered at our office and get help to place bids in our computers at Kalendegatan 10 B.
How do I place a bid?
To place a bid, you have to be logged in at our web site. You do this by clicking on the link "Log in", located to the right in the top menu. When you have logged in with your client No. and password, choose "Internet auction" in the menu.
Go to the more detailed page for the lot by clicking on the lot. Choose one of the prepared bidding levels and click on PLACE BID. All prices on our web site are in SEK. In exceptional cases, bidding can be done by telephone +46-(0)40-30119 (only after special agreement).
After placing a bid, it is a good idea to always check who has the highest bid by looking at the line "Highest bid". You will find this at the more detailed page about the lot (the same page from where you placed your bid).
How is my bid handled?
If your bid is the only one received, you will obtain the lot for minimum price (estimate price). If more than one bid has been received, the successful buyer will obtain the lot for the second highest bid + raise (in order to separate the two bids). If two bids are identical, the first bid received will count.
In which currency are the prices?
All prices on our web site are in SEK.
How can I follow the bidding?
As a bidder, you can check your position in the bidding by looking at the line "Highest bid". You will find this at the more detailed page about the lot (the same page from where you placed your bid).
Please note that you have to be on the lot´s detailed page to be able to follow the bidding. Here all information is updated automatically. In the lot list, no information is updated automatically, nor the bid level.
How do I know if there has been a higher bid than mine?
You will automatically receive an e-mail stating there has been a higher bid than yours. A quicker way of checking this is by looking at "Current bid level" and "Highest bid". You will find this at the more detailed page about the lot (the same page from where you placed your bid).
How do I know if I am the successful buyer?
If you are the successful buyer, you will be notified by e-mail. This e-mail will include information about the total price, payment and collection of the lot.
How do I pay?
Purchased lot can be paid via bankgiro, bank account or card ( Visa and Master ). Cash is not accepted.
How can I see how much a lot was sold for?
All sold lots will remain at the top of the lot list, to be viewed for 24 hours together with the final bid price.
What does "raise" mean?
"Raise" is the amount with which you raise your bid within a price interval. The following table applies:
| Interval | Raise |
| 100 - 1.000 | 50 SEK |
| 1.000 - 3.000 | 100 SEK |
| 3.000 - 10.000 | 200 SEK |
| 10.000 - 20.000 | 500 SEK |
| 20.000 - 50.000 | 1.000 SEK |
| 50.000 - 100.000 | 2.000 SEK |
| 100.000 - 200.000 | 5.000 SEK |
| 200.000 - 2 000.000 | 10.000 SEK |
What is "Bid level"/"Current bid level"?
"Bid level" or "Current bid level", is the price that the lot is knocked down for if no more bids are received. If only one bid has been received, the bid level is identical to the estimate price. If more than one bid has been received, the bid level will be the second highest bid + raise (in order to separate the two highest bids).
The above means that in certain cases you may place a higher bid than "Current bid level", without getting the highest bid. Therefore, after placing a bid, it is a good idea to always check who has the highest bid by looking at the line "Highest bid". You will find this at the more detailed page about the lot (the same page from where you placed your bid).
For how long is a lot available for bidding?
Each lot is available for a certain time, and the closing time is indicated with date and hour. You can also see the remaining time with the assistance of the clock showing the countdown, located on the detailed page of each lot.
If a bid is received within the last 5 minutes of countdown, the bidding will be prolonged with intervals of 5 minutes, until the bidding has stopped. This function exists to provide an opportunity for everyone to raise his bid against another one placed within the last few minutes.
